Getting your US visa in Tijuana: where to start
If you live on the border and have been putting off your US visa, this guide is for you. In plain words, I explain how to start the visa process in Tijuana: the steps, what I can and can't promise you, and how we coordinate everything on WhatsApp — you talk to me, not a bot.
Where do I begin?
You begin with a single message. You don't need to fill out long forms or understand the process before writing to me. You tell me your situation on WhatsApp (+52 664 583 50 18), tell me where you want to travel, and I reply personally.
I'm a personal consultant on the Tijuana–San Diego border, not a giant agency. I handle every case individually: I review your profile, fill your DS-160 without errors, and prepare you for the interview. You provide your information; I take care of the paperwork.
The path, in short
We chat on WhatsApp
You tell me your situation, what you need, and where you want to travel. I reply the same day — no cold questionnaires.
I review your profile, no commitment
I review your age, travel purpose, background, and ties to Mexico. If I see a red flag, I tell you before you pay anything.
We fill the DS-160 together
I guide you through every field of the consular form. One wrong answer can cost you the visa — that's why we go slow with double-checking.
We book your appointment
I guide you to make the consular payment (you pay it directly to the consulate) and I find you the most convenient appointment.
I prepare you for the interview
We go over what they might ask, what documents to bring, and how to answer calmly. Nothing memorized — your story, told well.
I'm with you until visa in hand
On appointment day I'm available on WhatsApp. Afterwards I let you know when and how to pick it up.
No false promises: nobody can guarantee the visa — the final decision is the consul's. What I do commit to is truly preparing you, and if I see your profile has a high risk of denial, I'll tell you before you pay.
Appointment wait times: I'll tell you the truth
The part we control together —DS-160, payments, and booking— takes about 1 to 2 weeks. The consular appointment is another story: it can take 2 to 14 months depending on the city and availability.
If you get a very distant date, you don't have to resign yourself to waiting that long. With my appointment acceleration service I actively monitor the consular system to move you into a realistic 1 to 3 month window. I won't promise "tomorrow" — that would be a lie.
- The service (filing, booking, and support) costs $700 MXN.
- The official consular visa fee (approx. $3,300 MXN / ~$185 USD [verify, varies with exchange rate]) is paid separately, directly to the consulate — not to Mr Consul.
Everything on WhatsApp, at your pace
Most of my clients are older or not comfortable with technology. That's why everything is done by WhatsApp or call: I fill out the forms, I book the appointment, I tell you what to bring.
Although I operate from San Diego, I serve families all over Mexico and coordinate based on your nearest consulate. If you want to see the full service and what's included, check the US visa page, or message me directly and we start today.
Frequently asked
Where do I start if I've never applied for a visa?
With a WhatsApp message. You tell me your situation and where you want to travel, I review your profile with no commitment, and I honestly tell you how favorable your case looks — before you pay anything.
How long does the whole process take?
It depends on the consulate and appointment availability. The part we control together (DS-160, payments, booking) takes 1 to 2 weeks. The consular appointment can take 2 to 14 months depending on the city — that's why I offer the appointment acceleration service.
I'm not good with technology — can I still do it with you?
Yes, absolutely. Most of my clients are older or not comfortable with computers. Everything is done by WhatsApp or call. I fill out the forms, I book the appointment, I tell you what to bring. You just provide your information and go to the interview.
Do you only work in Tijuana?
I operate from San Diego, on the border, but I work with families from all over Mexico. Everything is coordinated via WhatsApp and the process is handled at your nearest consulate.
Do you guarantee I'll get the visa?
Nobody can guarantee approval — the final decision is the consul's. What I do guarantee is that you'll arrive prepared, with your DS-160 error-free and knowing what to say. If your profile is high-risk, I'll tell you before charging you.
